Support Hours

We are a New Zealand based company. Our support hours are 8:30am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am-3pm on Fridays, local time (NZT). If you email us or leave us a message outside of these hours, we will do our utmost to respond to you the next working day. We operate a small support team (one person) so please forgive us, if sometimes we take more than one day.
